Friday lunchtime just got a whole lot more exciting... Taiwanese dumpling house, Din Tai Fung, has opened it's 41st restaurant (but it's 1st in Australia) in the World Square shopping centre on George St. Be sure to order the signature dish, xiao long bao (translation- mini parcels of juicy pork goodness) and follow the laminated instructions on how best to eat them.
Other tips- Get there early (the queue can be crazy), skip the meal beforehand (so you can eat more) and let the dumplings cool a little before you take your first bite (they are H-O-T!)
