Paddington

Incu Paddington opened in May of 2005 taking over the space once occupied by Swell store, an institution of its time. The store features original timber flooring and a back window opening on to a small, sunny outdoor alcove painted in a faded version of Incu's trademark orange.

The revolving concept space upstairs at our Paddington store was renovated in 2009 as we introduced Incu Presents Topshop, a first for the Australian market. Facing the ever present challenge of getting customers up stairs the design focused on creating a space that was at once intriguing, inviting and unique. When the refurbishment was complete we opened Incu Presents Topshop to the public with an overwhelming response, product flew of the shelves and racks literally came clean off the wall.

More recently the space upstairs at Paddington welcomed Incu Presents Marc by Marc Jacobs, a home away from home for the sought after brand stocking menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, accessories and fragrance. Today you'll find Incu studio and our online HQ upstairs, tomorrow, who knows? No doubt another new and exciting project is cooking in the Incu kitchen.

If you visit our Paddington store make sure you venture around the corner to Sonoma for delicious freshly made food and the best almond croissants in town.
